Mathy by bols four-poster bed Discovery natural/colour, pine wood + MDF

The Discovery bed by Mathy by Bols - here as a four-poster bed with a wooden four-poster frame - is versatile and convertible. This bed was developed entirely on the basis of the findings of Montessori pedagogy in independent activity. The bed is deliberately built close to the ground to make it easier for the child to get in and out independently and to enable them to discover their surroundings independently at any time.

The four-poster bed is mainly made of solid pine wood and MDF accessories. You can choose between:

• only the MDF parts lacquered (wheel covers, shelf, base, parts of the bed canopy frame), the rest is in natural pine, clear lacquered; Color selection in the color menu
• untreated (for a completely untreated bed (which is not varnished (not even with clear varnish) or waxed) that you can varnish yourself, select "untreated" in the color menu)
  
• completely painted in one color (in the color menu, select the circle with the 1 (name: "one color") and please be sure to write your desired color in the comment field "Your message to us" during the ordering process (e.g.: please single bed without Drawer complete in: "desired color").
• on request, this four-poster bed can be painted in two colors. To do this, please contact our customer service.

In addition to the bed frame, the scope of delivery also includes the slatted frame, a shelf that is attached to the bed frame, the posts for the bed canopy, the frame of the bed canopy and a small bottle of paint with which you can repair small scratches on the paintwork that occur over time through wear and tear be able.
The four-poster bed can be converted into a bunk bed with the appropriate conversion set, or back into a single bed. In addition, the bed can be raised overall by inserting a bed drawer underneath, whether it is a single bed, canopy bed or bunk bed, which in turn can serve as a (guest) bed with the matching mattress (90 x 180 cm ) .
