Please note the following information:

1. Order with delivery address in Switzerland
   In this case, our system does not calculate VAT. You only pay the net price and shipping costs. When the goods are delivered in Switzerland, you then pay the Swiss VAT (currently 8%) directly to the supplier.
   
   
2. Order with delivery address in Germany
   Do you want to have your purchase delivered to a parcel shop or to friends in Germany and import the goods yourself? No problem. We will enclose a VAT refund form for you.
   
   
3. Customs clearance fees are already included in the shipping costs
   You pay:
   - For goods that can be sent by post 25,- €
   - For freight forwarding goods 210,- €
   The shipping costs will be automatically displayed when you place your order.
